  2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories, manuals, and any promotional items received.
  3. Ship the Item: Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on where to send the product. Securely package the item and send it to the address provided.
  4. Confirmation and Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items returned outside this period may not be accepted or may incur additional fees.

3. Refund Conditions

A refund will be granted under the following conditions:

  • The item was received damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product does not match the description provided on our website.
  • The item is returned unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods).

4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for items of a different size, color, or similar variant, subject to availability.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Follow the same steps outlined in the Return Process section to initiate an exchange request.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
